Seitan - this pure wheat protein is extremely versatile. This variation of seitan comes in strips and can even be shredded to top of salads or potentially even be used in a veganized "pulled pork"
*Preparation Tip* This seitan should be marinated longer than usual. Overnight is best. Allow the seitan to be infused with your favourite sauces and proceed with cooking. Our favourite method is using it in quick stir-frys.
